Who these terms apply to and what they cover
Last Updated: 1 January 2026These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the elonbd platform, including the website at elonbd.vip, its mobile-optimised interface, all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account services, payment processing features, and any other services made available by elonbd (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotional offer, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you ("the Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
elonbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at elonbd.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following publication of a revised version constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and elonbd. Players who do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 below are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement
The elonbd Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. elonbd takes underage gambling seriously and will request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform. If elonbd determines that a player is under the required age, the account will be immediately suspended, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned where legally required.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The Platform is intended for players located in Bangladesh. By using the Platform, you confirm that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the Platform of your own free will. elonbd makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate in jurisdictions other than those it targets. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If elonbd identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances within them may be voided. Using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account, is also strictly prohibited.
2.4 Capacity to Contract
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be acting under compulsion, and you must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or national responsible gaming register. Persons who have previously self-excluded from elonbd or from any other gambling platform via a self-exclusion programme are not eligible to hold an active account.
21+ Only. Gambling on elonbd is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3.1 Registration Information
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. elonbd reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. elonbd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify elonbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
elonbd operates a KYC verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to complete identity verification before making withdrawals or accessing certain Platform features. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by elonbd may result in account restrictions. All documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with the elonbd Privacy Policy.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting elonbd support. elonbd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or breach of any provision of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance within the account may be voided.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
elonbd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Bangladeshi players:

elonbd reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. elonbd does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Processing Times
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your elonbd account within minutes of a successful transaction. Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets are generally processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts pending KYC verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the elonbd account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. elonbd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed from the bonus-linked balance.
Currency
All transactions on the elonbd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Amounts displayed in your account balance, deposit screens, and withdrawal requests are denominated in BDT.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified. If the requirement is not fulfilled within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
elonbd takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions considered abusive include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using automated software to place bets, hedging bets across outcomes to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. elonbd reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, suspend accounts, and pursue recovery of funds where abuse is detected.
5.4 Welcome Bonus
New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on qualifying first deposits. 6.1 Game Outcomes

6.2 Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, elonbd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. No compensation beyond the returned stake will be provided in such circumstances. elonbd will not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, odds are locked. elonbd reserves the right to void bets where a market has been offered in error or where the integrity of the event is in question.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the elonbd Platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
- Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification
Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.

elonbd's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including breach of contract, tort, and statutory claims.
Nothing in these Terms limits elonbd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

How disagreements between players and elonbd are resolved
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players who wish to raise a complaint should contact elonbd support in the first instance at [email protected]. elonbd will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, elonbd will work with the player in good faith to seek an appropriate resolution. elonbd does not waive any of its rights under these Terms by engaging in dispute resolution discussions with a player.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and elonbd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
